Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the unique nature of natural crystals, we do not accept returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Natural Variations: Each crystal is one of a kind, with its own inclusions, color variations, and surface textures. These are natural characteristics and not defects.
  • Minor Imperfections: Small pits, internal fractures, or asymmetrical shapes are common in natural stones and do not qualify for returns.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for personal preferences regarding color, shape, or size differences.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.

📸 Return Process:

Before shipping any return, please contact us first at info@propulsiondigital.ca and provide clear photos of the item for verification. Returns without prior approval and photo verification may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

💡 Final Sale Items:

Customized items, clearance items, and personalized orders are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase first. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
